1. Who we are
Grand Line Battlegrounds ("the game", "we") is a multiplayer online game operated by GLB Team. Contact: support@grandlinebattlegrounds.com.
2. What we collect
- Email address — the one you type when creating an account.
- Password — stored only as a hash. We never store or display it in readable form.
- Gameplay data — characters, progress, items and in-game activity.
- Device identifier and IP address — used to recognise the machines you sign in from, so we can warn you about access from a device you have not approved.
We do not collect payment data, we do not use advertising networks, and we do not run third-party analytics on this website.
3. Email we send
We send transactional, security-related email only. Every message is triggered by an explicit action of the account owner and is delivered exclusively to the address that owner registered. We do not send marketing email, and we never use purchased or third-party recipient lists.
- Account confirmation — sent once, when a player signs up.
- Password recovery — only when the player requests it. Single use, expires in 1 hour.
- New device authorization — when a sign-in comes from a machine not yet approved for the account.
- Email change notices — sent to both the old and the new address, with a 15-day waiting period.
Hard bounces and complaints are added to our suppression list automatically, and delivery to those addresses stops. Since every recipient is the account holder's own address, there is no mailing list to subscribe to or unsubscribe from.
We never sell, rent or share your address with third parties.
4. Cookies
This website stores a single value in your browser's local storage, to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and the site loads no third-party content.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to support@grandlinebattlegrounds.com from the address registered on the account. Deleting the account also stops all email.
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Traffic between the game client, this website and our servers uses TLS. Database access is restricted to our application servers and is not reachable from the public internet.
7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use your data, we will update the date at the top of this page.
